All custom-made sign sales are non-refundable and final.

strive to ensure that all orders are accurate before shipping.
All standard road signs and hardware are returnable prepaid and require
return authorization and there will be a 15% restocking
fee.
Items
returned without return authorization will not be refunded.
Shipping
is not refundable.
Quotes are done in U.S. Dollars
Note: Credit cards must be charged
in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card provider will convert this amount to
U.S. Dollars. Please check with your credit card provider to learn today's
exchange rate. If you prefer paying in U.S. Dollars you must either send
us a bank draft or certified check. We will discuss how you wish to pay
for your products by e-mail or telephone once we have received your order.
Custom orders are prepaid.
Master Card, Visa and Discover are accepted.
Plus Tax (if applicable- PA residents) and Shipping (most items are shipped
UPS).
Most orders are processed in 5 - 10 business days plus shipping time

Rush Orders:
New or repeat art is available to ship 5 production days from receipt of
art at a cost of 10% of total order, with a minimum rush fee of $25.00.
Order changes or cancellation:
All changes subject to a $5.00 charge
No changes or cancellation after production has begun.
All expenses incurred will be invoiced.
